About this Project
Hikonic isn’t just the website you’re browsing — it’s also a website generator with a fully featured admin panel! Powered by PayloadCMS on the backend and a SvelteKit front-end, Hikonic is built to be flexible, modern, and user-friendly.
We chose PayloadCMS as the backend for its many strengths:
- It’s free and open-source.
- Offers adapters for MongoDB , PostgreSQL , and SQLite.
- Built on Next.js and React for top-notch performance.
- Features an easily customizable admin panel.
To make Hikonic possible, we developed custom PayloadCMS plugins, including:
- A Theme & Colors plugin that syncs seamlessly with the front-end’s UI library.
- An Icons plugin powered by the Iconify library.
- A Factory plugin that dynamically generates routes and page content.
The front-end, powered by SvelteKit and Svelte, is equally advanced:
- Built with the Skeleton.dev UI library for stunning design.
- Features dynamically loaded UI components.
- Fully dynamic routing for ultimate flexibility.
